Government agencies rely on NJW Consulting Services to help solve their most pressing workforce planning and fulfillment requirements.  We currently provide client engagements with U.S. federal agencies responsible for the nation’s aviation infrastructure including the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and the Department of Transportation (DOT). 

 

Federal Aviation Administration (FAA)

Challenge:  Provide program management oversight for the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) program in the Airports Division, ASW-600.

Result:  NJW project manager monitors ARRA grant activity and project files to ensure the requirements are in compliance of the act and to provide weekly status reports to ASW-600 Management Team.  We also schedule final inspections and ensure FAA participation in closeout procedures.

 

Department of Transportation, Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (MSC)

Challenge:  Provide technical and financial support services, including budget and purchase card reconciliation, financial data management for 10 division offices and a field administrator.

 

Result:  An NJW financial analyst monitored 11 separate accounts using Quicken, and Oracle’s DELPHI program, a web-based accounting software system unique to the federal government. Our analysts prepare and maintain a large number of recurring reports, documents and records
